Despite challenges during the merger with Zain Group, DataAssist ensured successful implementation and met Celtel’s evolving requirements. Nashua, a national supplier of office equipment, transitioned to DataAssist’s business intelligence tool, seeking enhanced reporting capabilities and performance. Represented by various regional franchises in South Africa, Nashua aims to provide comprehensive MIS/EIS services to all parties, including head office staff. DataAssist was chosen for its superior performance, support, and cost-effectiveness. The goal is to empower both Nashua and its partners to make better decisions and optimize their businesses. The solution integrates seamlessly with existing systems and offers user-friendly report generation capabilities. Nashua collaborated with DataAssist to define specific requirements, including web-based interfaces, reliable performance, and multi-franchise deployment capabilities. A pilot site was established to ensure the solution’s suitability and gather feedback. Implementation involved continuous review and feedback sessions, ensuring alignment with Nashua’s needs. The clear specification process and emphasis on data integrity were crucial to the project’s success. Nashua plans to deploy the solution to remaining franchises and further develop reports as needed, with ongoing support from DataAssist.

The Trodat Rubber Stamp

Trodat Rubber Stamp SA is an innovative and rapidly expanding online rubber stamp ordering company that realised the necessity of effective business intelligence tools due to the growing demand for customers to be able to design, process and pay for their orders online.  Faced with the challenge of obtaining slow moving stock reports, unit performance, selling price review, gross profit summary, re-order reports and debtors’ reports at the click of a mouse, Integrity BI software and consulting services was able to meet this need as well as provide adequate training to the solutions report development team.
